SGC 420 CONTROLLER
The SGC 420 controller has an advanced battery charge management capability and is specially designed for AMF applications with a mechanical and electronically controlled engine

• Support automatic, manual and remote start/stop modes;
• Can supervise engine safety, electrical load, site battery backup voltage and shelter temperature to cut down on fuel consumption.
• The real time clock precisely logs up to 100 events and conducts data analysis.
• Auto exercise mode (2 events) allows to start and stop the generator set for for a preconfigured time.
• Built-in electronic speed governor is adopted for variable-speed monitoring.
• Able to monitor voltage, frequency, load current and power factor of the generator set.
• Provided with digital outputs of start relay, fuel relay, alarm horn and more.
• Counters for engine starts, engine trips, engine running hours, generator set kWh, kVAh, kVArh and Mains kWh, kVAh, kVArh.

1. Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we have. Welcome to visit our factory.

2. What is the delivery time and do you have product in stock?
Delivery time depends on order quantity. Generally, within 10 days for open genset, 20 days for silent genset. if need details, please contact us.

3. What is your warranty period?
Our warranty is 1 year or 1000running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

4. Does your generator have global warranty?
Yes, We supply the warranty. Also most of our products like Cummins, Deutz, Doosan, Yuchai, Weichai etc. power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroy Somer also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service.

5. What is your payment terms?
We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight. But based on some special project and special order, we can do something on payment item.
